All ONNA purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of our products-many of which are reworked, upcycled, or one-of-a-kind-we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. Please review product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
